youSleep
Portal
youSleep Portal provides a unified platform for the automated analysis of large collections of sleep recording using peer-reviewed, robust, and high-accuracy sleep scoring algorithms. For instance, the popular U-Sleep algorithm for resilient high-frequency sleep staging is available under multiple licences , and we are actively seeking to expand the portal with additional in-house and externally developed algorithms.
At a high level, youSleep Portal maps sleep recordings (EDF+ files) to events (e.g., sleep stages, apneas, arousals) using one or several algorithms. These algorithms may include deep learning based as well as traditional signal processing algorithms.
We aim to make youSleep Portal both user-friendly and scalable for both small and large scale collections (hundreds to thousands) of sleep recordings on which several (possibly co-dependent) sleep analysis algorithms can be applied.
Collaborations
We envision youSleep Portal as a hub for researchers to access and share sleep (non-commercial & commercial) analysis algorithms, and to collaborate on the use, valudation and development of such. We invite the research community to contact us if you are interested in contributing algorithms to the portal.Beta access
youSleep Portal is currently in closed beta. Only a limited number of users have access to the portal at this time. The portal is expected to launch Q1 2025. If you have a beta access code, you can register here . We are actively seeking feedback from users to improve the portal. Please contact us if you are interested to participate in the beta testing.Team
The youSleep team consists of sleep medicine- and AI algorithm researchers from the Danish Center for Sleep Medicine, Capital Region of Denmark , and the Department of Computer Science, University of Copenhagen . The youSleep project is funded by Innovation Fund Denmark & BETA.HEALTH in continuation of the research project U-Sleep funded by the Independent Research Fund Denmark .News

Step 1: Create a project
Projects help organize your studies and recordings. Create a project for each team or project you're working on, similar to folders on your computer.
Note:
- The default plan allows up to 10 projects. You can delete older projects as needed.
- Depending on your plan, storage limits may apply to the number of studies, recordings, and total data per project.
