Parameters

Showing default values — set these when you run the analysis from the pipeline.

Staging frequency

How often the model outputs a sleep stage. The default (one prediction per 30 s) matches standard 30-second epochs; higher frequencies give finer-grained staging.

Store all probabilities

Output all sleep stage probabilities per epoch (overlapping events). Default is false (only output argmax prediction per epoch). Note: enabling this substantially increases the amount of data stored (and the storage quota it uses).
